Usage
The service reads NETSSettings from appsettings and can create a payment ID from an Order and NetsApiDto.

| NETSSettings | The current NETS settings. |
| GetpaymentId(Order, NetsApiDto) | Returns a payment ID or null. |
Do not expose Authorization or CheckoutKey in client code or documentation.
